Call, text, or send a few details about your property and what you're hoping to accomplish. I listen first, ask a few questions, and learn what matters most to you. You'll talk with me, not a call center.

I'll look at the house and talk through your choices: a direct as-is offer when it makes sense, repairing and listing with an agent, or waiting. I'll explain the trade-offs honestly, even when the answer isn't me.

If an offer works for you, I explain every step, coordinate the paperwork with a title company, and work toward a closing date that fits your life, often in about 14 days when everything is in place.
