Meet Sally Zager, the Person Behind Sally Buys Houses

Hi, I'm Sally! I'm the owner of SCT Property Solutions, LLC, doing business as Sally Buys Houses. I've called Western Wisconsin home for most of my life.

After more than 26 years working as a dental hygienist, I've learned that building relationships starts with listening, understanding people's concerns, and treating everyone with honesty and respect. Those same values are at the heart of how I approach real estate.

I started Sally Buys Houses with a simple belief: homeowners deserve real solutions, honest answers, and the chance to make informed decisions without feeling pressured.

Whether someone is dealing with an inherited property, a house that needs costly repairs, financial difficulties, or simply a change in life's circumstances, I believe every situation deserves an individual approach. My goal isn't just to buy houses. It's to help people explore their options and find a path forward that works for them.

What you can expect when you sell your house to Sally

1

A personal experience from start to finish

You're not just another property address or transaction. You're a person with a unique situation, and you deserve to be treated that way. When you contact Sally Buys Houses, you'll speak directly with me. I'll take the time to listen, understand your goals, answer your questions, and explore solutions that make sense for you.

Occasionally I collaborate with trusted real estate professionals who have extra expertise in a particular market, but I remain your main point of contact throughout the process.

2

Honest offers, explained clearly

When I evaluate a property, I consider its condition, comparable sales, potential repair costs, and current market conditions. Because buying directly from an investor is different from listing on the open market, my offer may be lower than what the property could sell for through a traditional listing.

In exchange, a direct sale may mean avoiding repairs, skipping public showings, reducing certain selling expenses, and choosing your closing date. If you'd like to understand how I arrived at my offer, I'll walk you through it. You deserve to understand your options before deciding, even if you decide not to sell to me.

3

Honest answers. Personal attention. Real solutions.

When you reach out, you can expect a real conversation with a real person who cares about understanding your situation. I'll listen, explain your options, and be straightforward about what I can and can't do. If I can help, we'll explore a solution together. If I can't, I'll do my best to point you in a direction that may help.

Doing what's right for the homeowner matters more than simply making a deal.

A little more about Sally: Nana, dog mom, Euchre player

Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two adult sons and recently earned one of my favorite new titles: Nana! My oldest son and daughter-in-law welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the family, and I couldn't be more excited about this new chapter in life. I have a feeling this little girl is going to have Nana wrapped around her tiny finger!

I'm also a devoted dog mom to Maverick, my Pitbull mix, and Goose, my Rottweiler. And yes, if you haven't already guessed from their names, Top Gun is my favorite movie!

To say I love dogs would probably be an understatement! If I could rescue every dog sitting in a shelter and give them a loving home, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, my house isn't nearly big enough, and I'm pretty sure Maverick and Goose would have something to say about that!

While I can't save them all, I have tremendous appreciation for the people and organizations who dedicate their time to giving these animals a second chance. I try to do my part whenever possible, whether that's volunteering at fundraisers, making monetary donations, or contributing items for raffles and other fundraising events. Every little bit helps, and I'm always happy to support a cause that's so close to my heart.

I'm also a big sports fan! I love watching WNBA basketball, especially when my favorite team, the Indiana Fever, is playing. Volleyball is another favorite of mine, whether it's men's or women's, played on an indoor hard court or an outdoor sand court. I spent many years playing volleyball myself, and while my playing days are mostly behind me, my competitive spirit hasn't gotten the memo. My mind still thinks I can dive for every ball. My body just has a slightly different opinion!

When I'm not cheering on my favorite teams, spending time with family, or spoiling my dogs, I enjoy shooting pool in a winter league and getting together with friends and family for a competitive game of Euchre or Rummy 500. And yes, I may be just a little competitive!

I believe life is about making memories, enjoying the little things, sharing a few laughs, and finding ways to make a positive difference whenever you can.
